At Hilton University of Florida Conference Center Gainesville, we have over 25,000 square feet of meeting space with thirteen conference rooms accommodating groups of 10 to 700 including Century Ballroom, a large pre-function area, continuous break station, and registration desk.

We offer advanced communication capabilities, sophisticated audiovisual with in-house consultants, professional conference planners, sales managers, and catering staff and a business center to meet all of your needs.

Meeting Space

With 25,000 square feet and thirteen rooms of conference space, Hilton University of Florida is the largest and most luxurious conference center in Gainesville able to serve groups ranging in size from 10 to 700 people.

All of our conference rooms can be set up in a number of ways from theatre style to conference round tables and everything in between. Guests can also choose regular chairs or ergonomic seating for their guests. Our boardroom can seat up to 18 comfortably and our Century Ballroom can accommodate a reception for 700.

Conference Center Technology

Audio and Video (A/V)

Our conference center has a full inventory of state-of-the-art A/V equipment, as well as full-time technicians to support any technology application.

T1 Internet Access

Each of the thirteen meeting rooms has access to the Internet via a dedicated T1 line. The conference center pre-function area and lobby areas also have access ports.

Internet-2 (I-2) Access

The I-2 Network is the result of a partnership of over 160 universities nationwide working together with private industry and government toward a high-speed, academic-use Internet system. The high-speed fiber optic signal enables university-related conference guests to interact with other I-2 equipped facilities in applications like telemedicine, digital libraries, multicasting, virtual laboratories, and one-way and two-way teleconferencing.

Business Center

The business center is equipped with Internet-connected computer stations, laser printers, fax and photocopy services, package/mail shipping/receiving, and staff support for any other meeting needs.
