CONFERENCE SERVICES:

(1) Banquet Server, On Call ($3.65/hour + gratuity)

Monday – Sunday, AM/PM flexibility

Six months to one year serving experience preferred.

ENGINEERING:

(1) Part Time Maintenance Mechanic

Mon.-Sun flexibility needed.

Perform preventative maintenance duties and repairs on buildings, physical plant, systems and equipment, and ensure all systems are safe and fully operational. Work includes: pool cleaning, light ground duties, and painting.

ENGINEERING:

(1) Mechanic, FT ($10.00/hour)

Monday - Sunday, AM/PM flexibility

Maintain and repair all equipment in laundry, kitchen, guestrooms, convention areas and public space. Repair refrigeration, plumbing and electrical fixtures in guestrooms, kitchen or laundry to manufacturer’s specifications. Maintain and repair carpet, wall covering, furniture, painted surfaces, change burned out light bulbs and other cosmetic repairs in guest rooms, tower, convention area, public areas and as assigned, preventive maintenance. Experience of 2-5 years preferred in commercial or institutional maintenance environment. HVAC or plumbing or electrical skills. Light carpentry and knowledge of paint and wallpaper.

ENGINEERING:

(1) Lead Mechanic, FT ($12.50/hour)

Monday - Sunday, AM/PM flexibility

Maintain and repair all equipment in laundry, kitchen, guestrooms, convention areas and public space. Repair refrigeration, plumbing and electrical fixtures in guestrooms, kitchen or laundry to manufacturer’s specifications. Maintain and repair carpet, wall covering, furniture, painted surfaces, change burned out light bulbs and other cosmetic repairs in guest rooms, tower, convention area, public areas and as assigned, preventive maintenance. Assist in the training and development of new engineers. Refrigeration, HVAC certification or journeyman level experience. Previous management or supervisory experience of 2-3 years. Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, emergency, preventative maintenance systems and all related engineering disciplines.

HOUSEKEEPING:

(1) Room Attendant, FT ($7.00/hour)

Monday - Sunday flexibility, AM availability (8:30am - 5:00pm)

Responsible for meeting the hotel standards for cleanliness; clean all assigned rooms on schedule; complete assignment sheets in an accurate, timely manner; keep cart and supplies orderly. Prior housekeeping experience is helpful.

HOUSEKEEPING:

(1) Floor Supervisor, FT

Monday - Sunday, AM/PM flexibility

Inspects guestrooms and public areas to ensure that they meet standards of cleanliness. Six months previous housekeeping experience required.

HOUSEKEEPING:

(1) Laundry Attendant, PT ($7.00/hour)

Monday - Friday (4:00pm - 8:00pm)

Responsible for maintaining an adequate number of turns of linens to meet the hotel’s needs; operate washing/drying machines according to proper procedures; fold, stack, and store linen in compliance with hotel standards. Previous hotel laundry or housekeeping experienced preferred.

KITCHEN:

(1) Cook, FT ($8.00/hour)

Monday - Sunday flexibility (3:00pm - Close)

Responsible for using only quality foods and ingredients; thoroughly wash food and prepare according to standards; accurately estimate cooking times; test foods to ensure quality; assembles attractive food items; amount of waste and spoilage is acceptable; prepare food according to guest specifications. Minimum 2 years cooking experience, preferably high volume required.
